- SMS & Email Campaigns: Customer outreach tools to request reviews
- Analytics Dashboard: Insights and reporting on review performance

ReviewUrge is a digital software service delivered entirely online. There are no physical products associated with this service.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ReviewUrge, you accept and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time by giving notice to you on this page or elsewhere on the Website.
User Accounts
Account Creation

Subscription Plans

Billing Cycle
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

- Paddle will charge your payment method on file for each renewal period
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Free Trials
We may offer free trials. At the end of your trial, you will be automatically charged for the subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will receive clear notice before your trial converts to a paid subscription.

You agree not to use ReviewUrge for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

All content, features, and functionality of ReviewUrge (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are the exclusive property of Mela Digital Bazaar Pvt. Ltd. or our licensors and are protected by international copyright laws.
Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: ReviewUrge is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall ReviewUrge, Mela Digital Bazaar Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

- Loss of business or business opportunity
- Business interruption
Cap on Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Indemnification

Severability

Entire Agreement

REFUND POLICY

All refunds are processed through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. When you request a refund, Paddle will process the refund to your original payment method.

You are eligible for a refund if:

- You have not already received substantial benefit of the paid plan

Subscription Cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing period
- You can continue to use the service until your paid period expires
